REGINA – There were a few tense moments for 49 passengers and three crew members after they left the Regina airport Thursday morning.

A United Airline flight heading to Chicago took off without incident, but then developed engine issues shortly afterwards and had to return to Regina.

There are no service interruptions at the Regina airport all runways are open.
