Fire officials say a package in the compartment of a semi-trailer was leaking smoke, then ignited.

As a result, the entire complex had to be evacuated, and transit buses were brought in for workers. Crews managed to extinguish the fire quickly.

Damage was contained to the inside of the semi, and a bit of the warehouse.

Two employees were assessed by emergency crews for exposure to an unknown substance.
