RCMP say they are issuing a warning in the belief that there is a risk of significant harm to the health and safety of the public, and in particular, adult women.

The public is advised to take suitable precautions and not embark on any form of vigilante action.

Spearchief, who was released from the Grande Cache Institution west of Edmonton on Friday, is described as 189 cm tall with brown eyes and brown hair.
