Brad Davis, 33, told police his stepfather “came at him” and a fight broke out.

Davis told police he struck Denver Lee St. Clair in the head, causing him to lose consciousness, then proceeded to give him an “atomic wedgie.”

“I’d never seen this before … the waistband of his underwear was around his neck,” Mike Booth, Pottawatomie County Sheriff, told the newspaper.

St. Clair died from blunt force trauma to the head and asphyxiation.
