A man suffering from a mental illness is now wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for being unlawfully at large.
Cao The Phan was reported missing this morning from the Forensic Coast Cottages at Riverview Hospital in Coquitlam.

- 51 year-old Asian male
- 5” tall, 148 pounds
- Black thinning hair
- Missing index finger and middle fingers on right hand
- Walks with a limp
