Pambrun is now facing what police are calling a global charge of sexual assault.

They are releasing his photo because they think there may be more victims who haven’t come forward.

Police say Pambrun has a history of sexual assault dating back to 1983, and would target women because of certain vulnerabilities. He is allegedly known to use other names to help hide his identity.
