Around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, a vehicle hit two women standing on the sidewalk on the corner of Agricola Street and North Street.

Police initially believed the light-coloured SUV had caused the accident and fled the scene.

Earlier on Friday, police released still frames from security camera footage showing an SUV that allegedly collided with two other vehicles at the intersection of Agricola Street and North Street.
