Saskatoon police say they responded to 19 collisions Tuesday morning between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.
The city is covered with a sheet of ice after the first snowfall of the 2023-2024 season arrived overnight.
Officers are on the scene of a three-vehicle collision involving a school bus at Forrester Road and Pendygrasse Road, but the Saskatoon Police Service said no injuries have been reported.
Police are asking drivers to adjust their driving habits and drive to winter road conditions.
