The RCMP recently announced a series of arrests connected to Interior BC music festivals this past summer.

Police made 21 arrests across Western Canada from Nakusp to Regina linked to trafficking controlled substances.

The investigation, dubbed Project E-PYLORUS, targeted drug trafficking at the Nakusp Music Fest, the Kaslo Jazz Fest, Shambhala near Salmo and the Grand Forks International Baseball Tournament.

Police say the suspects, who range in age from 17 to 59, are accused of selling marijuana, LSD, ketamine, mushrooms, MDA powder, ecstasy pills, cocaine and methamphetamine at the four festivals.
