Quebecers need to brace themselves for a cocktail of winter weather. Heavy rain followed by high winds and cold temperatures are expected to descend on greater Montreal in the coming days. As Global’s Franca Mignacca reports, city crews are readying plows and salt trucks to try and make driving and commuting conditions as safe as possible.
