Yoga in the Forest Monday, July 31 6:30 to 7:30 pm Lynn Canyon Park (room above the cafe/washrooms) Register Here https://ecologycentre.zaui.net/booking/web/#/default/ac Join Artemis Calogeros for a hatha flow yoga class while looking out on to the beautiful temperate rainforest. Everyone is welcome, including beginners and those with limited flexibility. Cost per session is $11.50 (plus GST) per person. Suitable for ages 15+. Bring your own yoga mat (required) and blocks, towel and/or water bottle (optional). Full refunds are available up until 2 weeks before each program.
