This year, the Stairclimb is gearing up to be our most challenging event yet!
On June 11, 2023, over 500 firefighters from across Canada, the United States, and Europe will gather in Calgary to participate in the sold-out 9th annual Firefighter Stairclimb Challenge. For the first time, the event will take place at Brookfield Place, Calgary’s tallest tower.
At an elevation gain of 247 metres, 57 stories, and 1,370 steps, this Wellspring Alberta fundraiser is the highest elevation stairclimb in Canada, and is a popular event aimed at raising awareness of firefighters and citizens who are living with cancer.
