This June, join the 36th annual Heart & Stroke Ride for Heart from anywhere in Canada and get moving all month long to beat heart disease and stroke.
Ride, walk or run any time throughout June in support of critical heart disease and stroke research. Participants set their own distance and fundraising goals and along the way, they will have the chance to win great prizes, hear inspiring stories, get exclusive health and wellness tips and much more!

Heart disease and stroke are the number one killer globally and two of the three leading causes of death in Canada – but your support drives tomorrow’s breakthroughs. Funds raised through Ride for Heart support lifesaving research, health promotion and advocacy efforts that will help us in the fight to beat heart disease and stroke.
Since 1988, Ride for Heart has raised over $79 million to help save lives from heart disease and stroke.
