Camp Yoga is a 3 day adult fitness camp held at the YMCA Camp in Gibsons, on the Sunshine Coast. You can take part in a variety of traditional camp activities like kayaking, archery, and a high ropes course but you can also take part in specialized classes including Acro Yoga, Kettlebells, Dance and more! And of course, there are a variety of yoga classes taught by amazing instructors. Be as adventurous or zen as you please. Come solo, or as a large group. It’s a weekend you don’t want to miss.
