Cystic Fibrosis Canada, Nanaimo Chapter is pleased to announce plans for the first “65 Roses Golf Tournament”, to be held on Sunday, September 18th, 2022 at the Cottonwood Golf Course in Nanaimo. This tournament is open to all golfers 19+. Includes: 18 holes of golf with cart, complimentary beverages, dinner and prize eligibility. 1:00 pm shotgun start. Texas Scramble format with special events on the course, followed by a silent auction, dinner and prizes. “65 Roses” is a nickname for cystic fibrosis that goes back to 1965, when a young boy thought it was the name of the disease. This special event is organized by a group of dedicated, local volunteers, most who have or had a loved one with CF.
