680 CJOB is proud to support the Grace Hospital Foundation Radiothon on Friday, May 13th.
680 CJOB will be bringing you stories of patient care and the various ways your generosity to the Grace Hospital Foundation makes an impact at the Grace Hospital and to our health care heroes from 9am to 6pm!
The goal for the Radiothon is to raise $200,000 to support the $3 million “Envision Our Grace” Capital Campaign; for the complete redevelop and expansion of Grace Hospital’s Diagnostic Imaging Department.
In addition to the important conversations happening live on-air, the excitement of the day will continue well into the evening. After a full day of on-air content and on-site activities at the Grace Health Campus, including live entertainment, and free ice-cream, the evening will bring fireworks and a double feature drive-in movie experience; it’s really a “Grace Hospital Day!“
LIVE ENTERTAINMENT
Join us on site throughout the day to enjoy the RCAF Band as they provide upbeat sounds and an uplifting show in the main lobby of the Grace.
MINI BOOK SALE
Come and visit the Bookworms under the canopy as they bring back the mini-book sale outdoors from 9:00am-6:00pm.
ICE CREAM GIVEAWAY
Ice cream for all staff, visitors, and donors from noon – 6 pm. Make a donation or come for a visit and enjoy an amazing summer treat from Sargent Sundae.
DRIVE IN MOVIE & FIREWORKS
Register to reserve your spot at the double feature drive-in movie in the Grace front parking lot. By registering, you’ll have the best seat in the house to watch the movies and an amazing fireworks display in Sturgeon Creek Park. Entrance Fee: $20/vehicle
