New friends, Barry Butterfield and Jonas Ainsworth are living in an assisted living home together, Barry a retired dentist is new senior and unsure of what to do with his days at Gateway Gardens but it’s worth it to live near his daughter Rosie who works in the home. Jonas is a retired stage actor who spends his time wooing the women in the home and he sees Barry that curmudgeon, as a fixer upper- as they bicker and bond over women, sports, and family values these two retirees along with Rosie search for love friendship and elusive happiness. Join Jonas, Berry and Rosie, they take you on a laugh a minute journey while they all look for ways to spice up their lives and the lives around them. I defy anyone to come and see these characters and not walk out at the end totally feeling validated about the importance of theatre.
