The 34th annual Manulife Heart & Stroke Ride for Heart will take place on Sunday, June 6, 2021. Registration is open now! Share Your Heart by riding, walking or running a heart-shaped route on Ride event day. Participants can plan their own route using Google Maps or the Ride for Heart app which features five different heart-shaped maps that participants can select from. Please follow local public health guidelines regarding gathering limits, physical distancing and avoid using things like closed trails or parks, for example. Everyone’s health and safety is of utmost importance to Heart & Stroke.
