Global Calgary Supports: Heritage Park

Heritage Park is opening for the 2020 summer!!

The Historical Village at Heritage Park and The Selkirk restaurant will open to the public on Saturday, June 27. Although the Historical Village will have reduced hours (open Wednesday through Sunday, 10am – 5pm) you can still safely enjoy much of the park offerings.

To keep visitors safe, there will be one way traffic flow, reduced guest capacity, social distancing measures and enhanced cleaning protocols throughout the entire park.
Visitors can enjoy antique steam train rides, walk through many of the historical homes and exhibits, plus visit the old-fashioned candy store, Alberta Bakery and Vulcan Ice Cream Parlour. Roving costumed townsfolk and street theatre performances will help bring history alive throughout the park, and select shops and dining establishments will be open as well.
