Kitsilano Winter Market

The Winter Market will be back at the end of November 2019! Held at Kits House, this a one-day indoor event focuses on curating local, sustainable and eco-friendly craft and food vendors. This is the perfect opportunity to get a head start on your sustainable Christmas shopping! We’ll have: > 35 local sustainable vendors from jewelry, to bath & beauty, beeswax food wraps and more > 7 community partners including Vancity, City of Vancouver, GTEC, and SPEC to educate you on being sustainable in your community > Two all day workshops! – Learn how to make a tote bag out of an old t-shirt with Boomerang Bags and use it to get your shopping done at the market – Learn to reuse fabric to make cordage for gift wrapping and in other unique ways > Get your gifts wrapped in a sustainable wrapping style, hosted by Vancity Only a $2/person suggested donation for entry *All proceeds from vendor fees, ticket sales, and donations go back into Kits House programs to better service the Kitsilano Community!
