Wildfire is an essential process in forest ecosystems, however we are witnessing bigger, hotter and more dangerous wildfires with serious implications for wildlife and human health. Are there any long term solutions and how can we play our part? Join us for a lively presentation and discussion with our local experts, Dr. Lori Daniels, Professor in Forest and Conservation Sciences at UBC, Bruce Blackwell, Professional Forester and Biologist, and the First Nations Emergency Services Society.
