International roots reggae artist Luciano will be performing live in Winnipeg Friday August 23, 2019 at the Centre Culturel Franco-Manitobain located at 340 Provencher Blvd. Luciano will be performing all his hits alongside a live band. The concert will also feature local singer and band. The party continues until 2am with DJ Ninjakin Sound. Doors open at 7pm.
