The West End Gallery is pleased to present “Listen With Your Eyes,” a solo exhibition by Joanne Gauthier, opening Saturday October 27th, 1pm-4pm. Joanne creates wonderfully rich, textural worlds on canvas. The juxtaposition of colours, radiant red and deep blues, reminds one of stained glass and illumination of the twelfth century. She is inspired by nature, the evolving status of women and a passion to “open up the path of the soul.” Her recent work is intended as an invitation to reflect upon the original expression of a personal imagination strongly inspired by classical music from Beethoven, Mozart, and Henry Purcell. The lyrical display of bold, brilliant colours, of arabesques and of motifs arising from her personal imagination. Exhibition continues through November 1, 2018. All Artwork subject to pre-sale.
