Garlic Fair & Growers’ Exchange

Calgary, September 22, 2018 – The Calgary Horticultural Society is inviting you to celebrate our 5th Annual Garlic Fair and Growers’ Exchange! Come and enjoy the ever popular delights of garlic and an afternoon with live bluegrass/roots music, guest speakers, gardening experts and all things garlic! Support us in our effort to educate Calgarians about the many varieties of garlic available to grow in our city, as well as the pleasures and benefits of cooking with it. Help us celebrate the second most commonly used seasoning in the world (F.Y.I. Pepper is the first.) There will be lots of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Cost – Free for Society members, $5.00 non-Society members About the Society: The Society focuses on gardening education and offers the knowledge and skills to do it well.
