Join us at McBurney Plaza this summer for our annual Sounds of Summer concert series. Each week will feature a different artist and genre of music.

Playing guitar is Troy’s passion and vocation in life. Whether he is teaching others, performing live or composing original songs, Troy brings his passion for guitar to the front.
Born and raised in Langley, British Columbia, Troy moved with his family to California when he was 13-years-old. It was in California that Troy picked up his first guitar.
Troy returned to Langley at 17, and played in a few local bands. It was at this time that he enrolled at Kwantlen University and studied classical guitar.
Upon receiving his diploma, Troy was invited to play a Vivaldi concerto in concert. Troy has been teaching guitar ever since graduation and is the now owner and operator of Cadence School of Music in Langley, BC.
Troy is passionate about writing music and playing live. He is now embarking on his solo acoustic career playing cover songs as well as endorsing his new CD, Beach and Guitar, in many venues throughout the lower mainland.
