This day is a wonderful opportunity for practitioners of all faiths to discover the joys of meditation and how it can enrich spiritual practice in your personal belief system. The teachings Kushok shares on this day are secular in nature and offer the foundation for developing your own meditation practice. Learn how to focus the mind and analyze your thoughts. A skilled teacher will also offer a yoga practice so we may stretch and move mindfully. Spend time in the beautiful park-like setting of the Providence Centre applying the teachings in both sitting and walking meditation.
