Canada’s National Ballet School invites you to join us for NBS Sharing Dance Day 2018! NBS Sharing Dance Day 2018 events, presented by Shaw Communications Inc., unite Canadians and their communities together by empowering them to enjoy the physical, social, emotional and cultural benefits of dance. It’s a nation-wide, family-friendly event that includes professional dance performances, open free dance classes (including Bollywood, hip hop, and Latin Dance), activity booths, music, engaging activities for all ages and abilities, and free giveaways for kids. The highlight of the day is a community performance of the 2018 Sharing Dance choreography, which has been taught and rehearsed across the country in dance studios, schools, community centres, long-term care facilities, and via free online instructional videos – by children and youth, seniors and everyone in between.
