Mental health affects everyone from adults to children, affecting the way we think, act, and feel. Those affected by mental health issues are often feel alone, thus inhibiting them from seeking help. This silence is especially evident in the South Asian community, where mental health is often brushed under the table. On May 11, 2018 please join Sahaara Canada for their 3rd Annual Mental Health Awareness Fundraiser. Funds raised go to support tactical mental health support programs and services across the Lower Mainland.
