1ST ANNUAL EDMONTON DIL AWARENESS AND FUNDRAISING EVENT
This 1st annual Edmonton Darkness Into Light will be held on the 12th of May 2018 out of Victoria Park in the River Valley. Edmonton is joining multiple other cities and Countries, some entering their 10th year.
This worldwide event is continuing to grow each year, spreading awareness of suicide and prevention. Started in 2009 as a single walk with 200 people, this event now gathers hundreds of thousands and is being held worldwide in solidarity to bring the conversation of mental health and self harm into the light.
