The Lymphedema Association of Manitoba’s Annual Symposium will be held on March 9 & 10 at the Deer Lodge Centre. Friday’s session is geared toward health care professionals, while Saturday is more for patient/caregivers. However, everyone is welcome to attend both days. Dr. Marc Hamel, the featured speaker, will be presenting both days on the topic of Distress and Resilience. Friday will have educational sessions on developing and implementing best practice guidelines, patient case study, ergonomics and injury prevention, and assessment of treatment.
