My love of colour, patterns, texture and the use of recycled, repurposed and found items is the starting point for most of my art pieces. I am a self-taught mixed media artist working intuitively – enjoying the process along the way. As a life-long learner I welcome this new journey as an artist as I continue to experiment with different mediums, techniques and my imagination. I think Picasso said it best, “Why do two colors, put one next to the other, sing? Can one really explain this?
