Now in its fifth year, the one-day experiential Immigrant Women’s Small Business (IWSB) Expo celebrates the aspirations and achievements of all women, taking place in Toronto on Sunday, September 17th, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Under the theme “The Changing Face of the Immigrant Community,” the expo aims to inform, empower and enlighten business owners, while gaining access to business building services, networking opportunities and entrepreneur workshops. While IWSB expo targets immigrant women, there are elements for all business owners considering starting their own business, and for those already in business and looking to expand. Admission runs for $5/person including access to seminars, panel discussions, the expo and Craftadian handmade market.
