DESCRIPTION SpiritPride, July 28-30 http://www.spiritpride.org , designed to generate ideas, vanquish myths and renew a spiritual self within the LGBTQ+ community. On Friday, author Kathy Baldock, will trace the history of persecution and discrimination by churches and in the law showing how carefully staged each roadblock was set by lawmakers and churches. Saturday: second keynote, workshops, and an interfaith panel with an Imam, Rabbi and Dean to discuss reasons for hope within their own faith communities. MORE http://www.spiritpride.org
