LitFest New West 2017 has an exciting festival planned. The event has gone back to the basics with the theme Readers, Writers, and Community. The aim is to bring together a variety of programming through readings, storytelling, workshops for kids and adults, and discussions. There will be an amateur writing contest, podcasters, poets, and award winning authors, featured in wonderful New Westminster community venues. Lit Cafés will take place in back rooms, bars, the library, coffee shops, conference rooms, and the open river market.
