GlobalFest is an annual multicultural and firework festival right here in Calgary. GlobalFest gives space for any and all cultures to come together and celebrate heritage, diversity and differences. When entering Elliston Park from August 14-23, attendees are met with a celebration of worldly food, ethnic merchants and amazing performances. GlobalFest ends every night with a bang by hosting a firework festival. Each show is hosted by a different country of origin that showcases beautiful colours and spectacular sights by using music and the waterfront to display their original pyrotechnical skills.
