880 CHED is excited to support the Spirit of Water Gala at The Venue at River Cree Resort & Casino on April 5th!
Despite living in one of the world’s most water-rich countries, Indigenous communities in Canada continue to be disproportionately affected by issues related to safe water access. One Drop has created the Indigenous Water Allyship, a program aiming to increase access to safe, reliable, and culturally appropriate water and sanitation services in Indigenous communities, including water governance, water conservation, climate resilience and gender responsive practices. Proceeds will directly support Enoch Cree First Nation and One Drop’s collective mission with water-related initiatives as well as, help to empower their community with sustainable and lasting solutions for critical water challenges.
The Spirit of Water Gala invites guests to come together to make a tangible difference in the fight for water justice. Attendees will enjoy an unforgettable evening, featuring dynamic performances by Cirque du Soleil artists, a curated live auction, and immersive dining.
