Inspired By HER Calgary 2024

Inspired by HER, presented by the BeaYOUtiful Foundation, is a FREE city-wide event open to female and non-binary identifying children and youth ages 8-12 that focuses on building self-love, self-worth and confidence. The event features three rotating workshops that attendees move through. Our Guest Speakers will highlight a diverse range of topics related to confidence building and self-love. Participants will take part in open floor discussions, variations of artistic expression, a dance class and leadership-inspired sessions. Each attendee is paired with a Soul Sister for the day, an empowering mentor to connect with while building new friendships. This is a FUN and HIGH ENERGY event. Lunch and snacks are included. We encourage participants to bring a friend or two as the event can be much more enjoyable this way! It’s also a great way to experience something different all while helping to build each other’s confidence. However it isn’t mandatory to bring a friend because you’re guaranteed to make new ones!
