• 8hr fun relay skating event in Support of Inn From the Cold (Alberta’s largest homeless shelter organization)
• Open to anyone 12+… relay teams can be 5-10 skaters…just need skates & helmet, event is all about a fun communal outing with ‘your’ chosen squad of team-mates (be it family, friends or colleagues)
• Partners for the event include Calgary Flames Foundation (Community Sport Partner)
• Each team will determine their own skating schedule for the event (skating duration, skating order or rotation etc.) – solely up to the team.
• Teams will receive their own numbered arm band along with a chip transponder. Laps & distance travelled of the squad will be tracked live in real time (available for viewing on the Olympic Oval video board & on-line)
• There will be an IFTC breakfast, teams will also receive a branded souvenir to go with their fun & rewarding bonding experience
