OTTAWA – A man facing more than 60 sexual assault charges involving young boys in Ottawa has pleaded guilty to possessing more than 3,500 pornographic pictures and videos of children.
Scott Fraser, 52, is accused of assaulting children as young as nine years old between 2002 and 2008 and of recording the victims on video.

He’s expected to plead guilty to the majority of the remaining charges.
The Crown is seeking a dangerous offender hearing against Fraser.
If approved, he could be locked up indefinitely.
