RCMP have released the names of the two victims in a West Kelowna double homicide.
Tiffany Goruk, 30, and Jeremy Snow, 33, were inside a vehicle that crashed into a West Kelowna condominium late Monday. Though first believed to be a vehicle accident, it later turned into a full blown double murder investigation.
RCMP are looking for a man who was seen fleeing the crime scene. A police dog did track the possible suspect but he was not found.
A Facebook memorial page has been set up for Goruk. The description on the memorial page states: “In loving memory of our beloved Tiffany. Please only send love on this page.”
RCMP say Goruk did not have a criminal record though Snow did. Police note the murder was not a random attack and emphasize there is no direct threat to the public.
