UPDATE: Saskatoon police announced Dec. 3 that Ryan Coulineur was found to be safe

It’s been a week since 29-year-old Ryan Coulineur’s family last saw him on Nov. 25 in the 500-block of 45th Street West.

“Ryan was last seen by his mother and stepdad, he was being dropped off for therapy for a brain injury that he sustained in the spring,” Ryan’s cousin Arliss Coulineur said.

“Apparently on Friday night he had gone to Dakota Dunes Casino and used his players club card. That’s the last known place where he may have been.”

According to the family, Coulineur’s banking card was last used on Nov. 29 and 30 at an RBC in Lawson Heights.

As of Friday afternoon, police were working on getting the security footage from the bank but haven’t yet seen it.

Coulineur, a father of three, is considered vulnerable because he doesn’t have his medication, which prevents him from having compulsive seizures because of his brain injury.

His cousin, Leonard Couillonneur, said the injury also left Ryan with a limited vocabulary and minimal use of his left hand.

Ryan Coulineur is described as:

  • 5’8” and 170 pounds;
  • Black hair and brown eyes;
  • Last seen wearing blue jeans, black shoes and a heavy grey jacket; and
  • He has tattoos on his neck, chest and right hand.

“He’s always on his cellphone, but as of Friday it was shut off. No Facebook activity and it’s unlike him,” Couillonneur said.

They’re pleading with the public to report any information.

“Someone has got information and we just need that person to come forward,” Arliss Coulineur pleaded.
