Duchuck Holdings plans to convert the 40-year-old building on 4th Avenue North into a “best-in-class” office space.

According to Barry Stuart with ICR Commercial Real Estate, there is nothing in the downtown core that offers 30,000 square feet of continuous space.

This building is the exception, at twice the size.

Stuart says the parking lot adjacent to the building would be included in the sale.

An office tower would eventually be built on the lot with underground parking.
