Larry Wilmore blasts Donald Trump ‘spokesgoblin’ Katrina Pierson

WATCH: Larry Wilmore blasts Katrina Pierson, Donald Trump's spokesperson. (WARNING: Foul language)

NOTE: The post below contains explicit language

Larry Wilmore, host of The Nightly Show, lambasted Donald Trump and his team for the presidential candidate’s “Second Amendment” comment earlier this week. (It sounded like Trump was trying to prompt activists to stop Hillary Clinton — by any means necessary —from appointing liberal justices to the U.S. Supreme Court.)

Wilmore showed the clip of Trump’s latest controversy, saying that a few weeks ago “we thought it couldn’t get worse” than Trump’s attack on the Khan family, also known as the Gold Star family.

“At this point, if you vote for Trump, you’re just a d*ck,” Wilmore said to immense applause from his audience. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry. I hope you get destroyed by a horse-sized duck. How’s that?”

Wilmore insisted that there is no possible way that the statement encouraging the Second Amendment activists to stop Clinton could be misinterpreted. The American comedian called Trump spokesperson Katrina Pierson the “chief spokesgoblin,” and admitted he was astonished by the things she said.

“Join me as I watch in amazement as the bulls**t pours out of her mouth,” Wilmore said about Pierson Wednesday night on The Nightly Show.

In a CNN appearance, Pierson claimed that the controversial comment was about Clinton and gun control. CNN’s Jake Tapper mentioned that Trump was talking about what Second Amendment supporters could do if Clinton won, but Pierson strongly disagreed.

“OK, let me stop you right there. F**k you, that is what he was talking about!,” a frustrated Wilmore exclaimed. “I don’t care how convoluted your explanation. We’re not stupid! We can hear! Stop trying to explain him away.”

Rep. Duncan Hunter also tried to explain Trump’s words by saying that he isn’t the most eloquent of speakers: “Let’s say Trump’s an English professor with a Ph.D. in grammar…”

Wilmore had to stop the clip and tried very hard not to laugh.

“First of all, he can’t get a Ph.D. for a subject that’s taught in the fifth grade, OK?,” Wilmore explained. “That’s like getting a B.Sc in kickball or something. And just to be clear, your argument is that Trump is so incoherent he can’t be held accountable when his words might constitute a federal crime.”

Then, according to Wilmore, the “human embodiment of impotent rage himself, Rudy Giuliani” blamed the incident on “the Clinton spin machine.”

“It’s like he’s blaming us for hearing exactly what Trump said,” Wilmore retorted. “And here’s what really gets me about this: Giuliani is diminishing the power of Trump’s words, yet he’s not always so calm about language.”

Wilmore noted that the dishonesty was way too obvious: “So, when Trump calls for the violent death of his opposition, that’s just Clinton spin. But when it’s Black Lives Matter, they’re literally killing people with the power of their ‘hyponotizing Negro language,'” the political commentator said in air quotes.

“Look, the difference between some random protester and someone running to be the leader of the free world is that once you’re president, everything you say has meaning,” Wilmore said.

Wilmore finished the segment with a serious warning about the power the president’s words can have. “Once you’re president everything you say has a meaning. I don’t care how they spin this, stop being so careless with your language.”
