Three-time Olympic champion Usain Bolt transformed a news conference into a show on Monday, showing his fancy footwork with a group of samba dancers and showing off his trademark celebration “lightning bolt“.

The 6 foot 5 Jamaican star was helped by a Norwegian journalist who showed his admiration for Bolt by serenading him instead of asking a question.

Breaking news from Canada and around the world sent to your email, as it happens.

“I hope that you win, I hope it’s your day, I hope you will go even though you got hit by a Segway”, the journalist sang, referring to now-famous Segway incident which occurred after Bolt‘s victory in the 200 metres at the world championships in 2015.

While taking a victory lap, a multi-tasking photographer slammed into the back of Bolt‘s legs with his scooter.

Bolt bounced up and was no worse for wear.

Bolt, who insists the Rio Olympics will be his last, takes to the track on Saturday for the early rounds of the 100 metres.

If he wins the 100, 200 and 4×100 relay, the way he has at the last two Olympics, he’ll close his Olympic career with nine gold medals.
