SASKATOON – The sweet sounds of Sarah McLachlan will be heard along the banks of the South Saskatchewan River this summer. McLachlan will be taking the stage at the Bessborough Gardens on July 20 for the Cameco Cares concert series.

Proceeds from ticket sales will go to support the St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation.

This will be the third year for the concert series, which is presented by CRUZ-FM. Last year, Huey Lewis and the News rocked the Bess, with the Barenaked Ladies kicking off the series in 2014.

Breaking news from Canada and around the world sent to your email, as it happens.

“We embrace the opportunity to make a difference in the community and this concert series has become an annual highlight for our staff and volunteers,” says Cameco Cares co-chair Jonathan Huntington.

“We look forward to another beautiful evening at the Delta Bessborough Gardens as we raise funds for a long-time community partner.”
