CALGARY – Every year, thousands of people enjoy watching the Shaw Fire Log, but did you know you can take the roaring fire with you anywhere you go?
The Shaw Fire Log app lets you strike a match to start the fire, put out any sparks that jump from the hearth and clear away smoke. Or if you’d rather, you can just sit back and enjoy the soothing sounds of the crackling fire.

The app is free, and Shaw will donate $1 to Kidsport Canada for every download before Jan. 8.

You can still catch all the magic on your TV on channels 222 for HD and 165 for SD. Shaw Direct customers can tune into channels 299 SD and 955 HD.
