WINNIPEG — You can try out virtual reality technology, interview your favourite CFL player on the Global News sports desk and try out other interactive set ups at the Shaw Road to the Grey Cup.
10 time Juno and Canadian Country Music Award winning musician Dean Brody stopped by to check out the Shaw Road to the Grey Cup tent Saturday afternoon.
Brody will kick off the 103rd Grey Cup in the Siruis XM Kickoff Show on Sunday. He joined Global’s Morning News on Friday to discuss his career and the show.
The tent is part of the Nissan Titan Street Festival set up at the University of Winnipeg and has been there since Thursday. It’ll stay there until until Saturday night.
We’ve had some of our Global crew head down and check out the sights and sounds going on at the tent.
