CALGARY – A 29-year-old man who had evaded police for almost two months was arrested and charged with second degree murder in relation to a body found in a badly burned-out car near Airdrie.
On Sept. 18, the body of 33-year-old Mohammed Saqib was found in a charred vehicle in a ditch along Township Road 280 and Range Road 283, northeast of Airdrie.
Brothers, Theo Wheyee, 20, and Julius Wheyee, 28 were arrested in Calgary on Sept. 24. Both were charged with second degree murder, arson and committing an indignity to a body.

Police then issued a warrant for a third man, Saad Mohamed Osman, who also goes by the name Mustafa. They warned the public he was “armed and dangerous”.
On Friday, investigators finally tracked him down in Surrey, B.C., where he was arrested. He was escorted back to Alberta Tuesday.
He is scheduled to appear in court via closed-circuit television Thursday, Dec. 10
