Winnipeg wakes up to a second snow dump

WINNIPEG — Winnipeggers woke up to their second blast of winter Sunday morning.

A fresh coat of snow topped off Friday’s first snowfall, causing some white out conditions and slippery roads. The light snow turned into flurries for the afternoon. Despite it looking and feeling like winter, temperatures were still sitting just above normal for this time of year.
