SASKATOON – With Halloween falling on a Saturday this year, what time is appropriate to start trick-or-treating? Children want to maximize their treat gathering abilities, and some parents may prefer to let their little ones go out when the sun is still up. However, not everyone will be as receptive, or even home, for early trick-or-treaters.
